References to 'Multiview' Sports Grid With 4 Streams Found in Apple TV App

References to a new 'multiview' sports grid with four streams has been found in the Apple TV app following the release of iOS 16.5 beta, reports @SteveMoser.

Apple has yet to open up this feature to developers for testing; however, being able to watch more than one stream at a time would definitely be welcomed by sports fans. A similar multiview feature was just launched by YouTube for March Madness.


Apple has been slowly expanding its rights to sports coverage. Apple TV+ now offers MLS Season Pass and MLB Friday Night Baseball. It's also considered bidding on rights to stream a variety of English football matches, including Premier League games.
