Apple Card Gets Top Ranking in J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study

For the second year in a row, Apple Card and issuer Goldman Sachs topped the charts in the Midsize Credit Card Issuer segment of the annual J.D. Power U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study with a score of 843. TD Bank (808) ranks second. Fifth Third (806), PNC (806) and Regions Bank (806) each rank third in a tie.
Apple notes that Goldman Sachs also ranked highest across all of the surveyed categories in the Midsize Credit Card Issuer segment for the second straight year, including interaction, credit card terms, communication, benefits and services, rewards, and key moments.
