Apple Delays Universal Control Until Spring 2022

Apple has announced that its new 'Universal Control' feature won't arrive until spring 2022.

Following the launch of macOS Monterey 12.1 and iPadOS 15.2, the company updated its macOS and iPadOS pages to note that Universal Control will be "Available this spring"
