Apple Releases Xcode 13.1 With macOS Monterey Support

Apple has released Xcode 13.1 with support for macOS Monterey, Swift 5.5, and SDKs for iOS 15, iPad OS 15, tvOS 15, watchOS 8, and macOS Monterey.
