Aperture 3 Causing Huge Memory Leak

Apple's recently released Aperture 3 application seems to be causing a huge memory leak for many users.

Computer World notes that, Apple's support forums are filling up with users with similar problems: When they leave Aperture 3 to import their photo libraries, their page file balloons until they run out of disk space. The system then becomes unstable. Some users start seeing their swap disk file size balloon almost immediately after launching the app.

Although the problem isn't universal those who have not upgraded may want to wait until a fix is provided by Apple.

I am having the major mem leak and it is bad, really bad. I can't use the application for a minute before my whole mbp comes to a halt and wont even open the force quit menu, so i am forced to hold the power button. This needs be fixed ASAP; currently the app can not be used to do anything. THIS IS BS apple
