Apple Arcade, a new subscription gaming service from Apple, is set to cost $4.99/month with a free month trial, reports 9to5Mac.
The site was able to find pricing information for the upcoming service in one of the APIs used by the App Store app.
Today, I was able to get information about the price of an Apple Arcade subscription to customers. This information is available in one of the APIs used by the App Store app. According to a promotional message found in the service, the price for Apple Arcade will be $4.99 / month, including a one-month free trial. As Apple previously announced, the service will allow access to all members in a Family Sharing account.
Apple Arcade will feature over 100 new and exclusive games including original releases from renowned creators Hironobu Sakaguchi, Ken Wong, Will Wright, and others. It's expected to launch this fall, possibly alongside iOS 13 in September. More details here.
