Apple's next generation AirPods will purportedly feature super fast wireless charging, a new surface coating similar to the Apple Pencil, and a case that's bigger in one direction, according to Max Weinbach, a writer for XDA Portal.

Weinbach shared the news on Twitter earlier today...

So the Apple news. AirPods wireless charging will happen. It will be VERY fast (0-100 in 15 minutes.) That speed is for the AirPods AND the case. It will probably use Qi charging. There will be a downside though, the case will be bigger in one direction and heavier.

They will have a VERY similar to the Apple Pencil 2. It will be a bit thicker so it will feel a bit different.

Apple is expected to announce a press event for March 25th where it could unveil AirPods 2 and launch AirPower alongside with a new video service and news subscription.

So in 15 minutes your charged big deal So they have a car that can be 80% charged in 4:40 minutes and forty seconds I would expect a faster charge with such a small battery

Lol why for, the current AirPods with my Qi charging adapter charges them fast enough. Keep those AirPods I’m fine with my first gen.
