RAM and Battery Sizes for the New iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR

The RAM and battery sizes of the new iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR have been revealed in regulatory filings submitted by Apple to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

● The iPhone XS features 4GB of RAM and a 2658mAh battery. Its listed model number is A2100.

● The iPhone XS Max features 4GB of RAM and a 3174mAh battery. Its listed model number is A2104.


● The iPhone XR has 3GB of RAM and a 2942mAH battery. Its model number is listed as A2108.

Apple says the iPhone XS battery will last up to 30 minutes longer than the iPhone X. The larger iPhone XS Max gets up to 90 minutes more battery life than the iPhone X.

When the iPhone XR is released next month, users can expect its battery to last up to 90 minutes longer than the iPhone 8 Plus.
