Apple has accidentally leaked images of its new MacBook Pro in macOS Sierra 10.12.1.
As rumored, the new MacBook Pro features an OLED Touch Bar with Touch ID support. The hidden images found in macOS depict the 'Magic Toolbar' being used with Apple Pay.
In the image below, an Apple Pay dialog asks the user to confirm a purchase with a finger press. It appears as though Touch ID is built into the rightmost area of the panel where the power button would typically be.
Also notable, in the images is a redesigned hinge and speakers on both sides of the 13-inch model's keyboard. The keys do appear slightly flatter suggesting a butterfly keyboard mechanism.
The ports are not visible but Apple is expected to include USB-C and Thunderbolt 3, dropping USB-A, MagSafe 2, or Thunderbolt 2 ports.
The new MacBook Pro will be unveiled at a special Apple event on Thursday. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
