Apple Releases Second macOS Sierra 10.12 GM Seed to Developers

Apple has released a second macOS Sierra 10.12 GM seed to developers ahead of the public release on September 20th. The build number is 16A323. That's slightly higher than the 16A319 build seeded to developers on September 7th.
