These are instructions on how to jailbreak your iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, and iPad Pro on iOS 9.2 through 9.3.3 using the PP Pangu Jailbreak utility for Windows.

Step One
Make sure to backup your device using iTunes or iCloud. You may also want to update to iOS 9.3.3 if you are on a lower firmware version.

Step Nine
You'll now be asked to enter your Apple ID login credentials. PP/Pangu claims that this information is not saved; however, we strongly warn against doing this with an Apple ID that has any personal information attached to it. Same here: iPad Pro 12.9, iOS 9.3.3 Cydia will not load on device; I have an iPhone 6 plus with Pangu 9.3.3 no problems. There is definitely an issue with iPad pro ; unfortunately Team Pangu is not acknowledging the issue publicly .....
