getting more and more similar to microsoft surface, apple pen, smart keyboard, touch management while working with the pen, multitasking, etc... I guess next would be running mac os on ipad. apple is being very original these days :).

Multitasking does more with iPad Pro, the pencil isn't anything like the surface stylus, and the keyboard is its own stand and case. If it's going to be a surface clone, it might as well be jailbreakable to run OS X, use a stylus that's nothing like apple pencil, and multitasking will be shrunk down to let's say iPad Air standards.

I'll be impressed with an iPad Pro when they have a version of XCode that can run on it.

And that is exactly why it's a toy.

"It's where we believe personal computing is going". Wrong! And there's your problem Apple and one of the reasons the stock has been losing value.

If you owned Apple a year ago you are wishing you didn't all year. A year owning Apple; URL - postimg.org/image/5qbp3tqj7/

I've been with them for countless years! How can you not like them? It's like your unintentional trying to hate them. Stocks are nothing compared to what many have said and summed up about what they did with it, and its potential + possibilities = endless amounts of both!

I have owned only iPhones since the iPhone 2G was released and I also own a iPad mini. The phone is quite functional and the build quality is very good but it's not the best. The iPad mini is very portable and handy for the couch or the toilet but it's a toy more than a tool. Apple is under attack on several fronts and innovation is slowing rapidly. The only thing that is keeping the iPhone favourable is the OS that is familiar and user friendly and lack of good competition. That's changing. I still largely prefer iOS over Android, particularly if it's jailbroken BUT, I had early access to the S7 and it is a far superior device in every single way other than obviously the OS. If you hate Android OS then it's not for you. Apple has never ever made better laptops, desktops, or anything else but they always made better built products. Far better. The last couple iPhones just haven't been that. The iPhone 6 may have been marginally better as a whole than the S6 but the S6 is also a very very nice phone. In many respects as good or even better. The s7 however is just better. In every non subjective way. As for the OS, Android vs iOS, it's subjective. The iPhone was an exception to Apples previous successes. The iPhone was a home run. It was better built and a overall superior product in every way. Thats gone and has been for about a year as can be demonstrated in their stock value.

First off, Apple products are great because many people are not only familiar with them, but it goes to show the effort put into them whether it can be argued about one company copying another or vice versa, but despite that, people like it because it's not so open sourced like other operating systems have been. From the littlest I did with android, it felt like a virus pre installed trying to drag out problems I have put up with it for as long as I can remember with it compared to iOS that works flawless, but I'm only scratching the surface there. Apple laptops are beyond what you think. Remember that one get a Mac ad that mentioned that macs can support Windows, it can now be done simultaneously with parallels so even if Windows is doing better than OS X, it can run in a window while being used on OS X and that alone can sum up to why Windows isn't as coded as OS X is from how many effects it can do which shows how much went into it and everything is easier to find compared to Windows where it won't be as easy to find what you want to change on it, but in terms of build quality of apple products, this is where I made the switch to apple products even after days of having androids and a PC and migrated from there. Say what you want about s6/s7 phones. What have they done that's innovative or as important, plus I can just buy stuff to add to the iPhone (and yes, these things I'm about to mention do exist) such as wireless charging- this flat piece of something you insert into the lightning cable, a case to make your phone have wireless charging with its own pad, and liquipel can probably make iPhone as waterproof as s7 thanks to the laminated display that eliminated the air gap. The iPad isn't a toy, in fact you can jaiobreak it if it's that much trouble for you and did you know there exists OS X on iPad tweak? It's basically OS X with iOS gestures as if it's made by apple. That's how it actually feels when you think about how its programmed. Finally, let's talk about apples stocks that is still affecting nothing no matter how you see it. Apple has been acquiring other companies that some people say make sense (and I mean those that are aware of it and may have thought about it) and let me remind you, it happened before, and it will eventually come back up just like before, I mean look at the record breaking iPhone sales year after year! Nothing from Apple is gone because competition continues to show that it rips off what apple made and Apple Pay is the most recent example of that and that alone proves it! In short, nothing has changed unless it's the same company getting better while the others are getting worse.

Yep. They sure did. Everything Apple has ever done with iOS was copied from somewhere. The vast majority from someone inside the jailbreak community.
