Apple is about to make its case for encryption and privacy before Congress.
The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on "The Encryption Tightrope: Balancing Americans’ Security and Privacy" at which Apple will argue that it should not be forced to build a backdoor into the iPhone.
The hearing is divided into two panels:
Panel I
● The Honorable James B. Comey, Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Panel II
● Mr. Bruce Sewell, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Apple, Inc.
● Ms. Susan Landau, Professor, Worcester Polytechnic Institute
