Apple Discontinues 40GB AppleTV, Drops 160GB Price

Apple has discontinued the 40GB Apple TV and significantly lowered the price of the 160GB model from $329 to $229.

This update was correctly predicted by analyst Gene Munster a short time ago.

Its thought that Apple will release a more significant upgrade in the near future, possibly with support for TV subscriptions and the iTunes LP bundles.
