Apple has brought a dedicated iCloud Drive file browser app to iOS 9.
The app needs to be unhidden manually from the iCloud Settings menu. It lets you browse through the files you have stored in iCloud Drive, open files, delete files, move files, and share files via the iOS share sheet.
This app makes iCloud Drive a more viable replacement to Dropbox, letting users easily access their files on the go.

No. It's copying Google Drive. Google has provided an app for their cloud solution for awhile. And now Apple is following suit. Because Apple likes to copy.
You like to gimmick! iCloud Drive is Apple apps made by them that allows data on one device to automatically be pushed to another device whatever it uploaded. With google drive, you specify where the files go to.
I clearly just said what it does and how it's accessed. What really sets both apart whether data accessed on any device automatically or not, is that google drive is within sites, iCloud is accessed on games and apps.
but does it have options in game to choose which data you want such as device or iCloud? Angry birds games allow that to happen even auto sync with this.
