Check out this video of children being asked to choose between the Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Apple and Samsung are neck and neck in the smartphone wars. To see which company is in better position to take over as the clear-cut number one smartphone maker, we asked the next generation of smartphone users which they prefer: the Apple iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phones.

The iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S6 are far from the only products and sources of income of these two essential monsters of the industry. Samsung is also one of the largest manufacturers in the world of electronic components. Apple advertises a lot more than Samsung, therefore, people (and children) hear a lot more about iphones and that is why they will prefer it to any other mobile. Notice they are not even trying to use the mobile, they are judging only on inicial design and the iphone looks more like a toy than Samsung does.

If it's was plastic with more than one color like the 5c was for the 6 and the OS wasn't as texture less as windows, it would look like a toy.

False, Apple spends a lot less than Samsung on advertising -> http://www.engadget.com/2013/11/04/apples-advertising-budget-dwarfed-by-microsoft-and-samsung/ (Yes the article is more than a year old but the difference between the 2 companies is still quite staggering)

There should be a huge difference. Samsung makes almost everything. Apple should know they are a big Samsung customer. Microsoft also has a large range of products. Right now it's hard to be in an area that does not have Apple ads, here in NYC. Their "Shot On iPhone 6" campaign to combat the S6 camera concerns.

The ads they made compared to Apple aren't ads thereby Apple made more ads. The ones Microsoft and Samsung made involve trashing Apple and make it look like their product isn't doing well. If you look at the "get a Mac" ads, they compare honestly without mentioning "Oh your PC must not be doing so well" or "now that makes your phone useless". Not once have they done that! My point is that it's not an ad if it's conveying how you expect one product to be bad (not you in general) but what I am trying to say is ads are targeting to your product without making fun of anything else, but this idea to them is the exact opposite.

You have seen that before, Android phones, particularly Samsung devices have had NFC payment for a long time. Loop Pay, uses a magnetic field to make touch less payments, an idea funded on Kick Starter, a while back. Get your facts straight.

after you! Loop pay still works like Apple pay no matter what! Google wallet if you are referring to uses barcodes and such.

Exactly. My life wouldn't be fun without Apple products. I would imagine the world stuck with bsod and malware phones if that happened! Thank god osx is a perfect for the completely broken windows. App store is where I find any app I look for and don't have an os spied by google in which not owned by them.

I think that android is better cause I own an iphone and begged my dad for an android but he said no cause apple is worse so if I ruin it it's no big deal but if I ruin a samsung galaxy s5 or s6 it would be a big deal. P.S:I'm 13

Honestly, stop already! This was made to be cute, yet still whether you are apple vs. droid, being brainwashed, or a bit over anxious, OR MAYBE they are just kids talking in the video... Who cares!!! For once nobody is selling you anything!!! Kids... Kids being kids! (If you do not have a kid, then hate on sir.) The simplicity is that kids are discussing the basics of what they like. Not Apple or Droid Zombies as someone put it. Enjoy life for a second, realize that our children have simplistic thought processes and perhaps it has nothing to do with Hate or Influence. Maybe it does, but when a child says they do not like something, perhaps you should listen to the BASIC thought. The children, when recorded were not trying to influence you, or making a dime, calm down! It is a video and after it is over you will continue your path to whatever YOUR minds bids it too. Good luck with whichever path, but when it comes to our children, perhaps we should let them talk without our influence. ( So wish I had an intelligent quote to add but I do not believe it would matter for those that do not get it...)

Very true but is not just apple who brain wash the people, it's also the fact iPhones are seen as cool which means you more inclined to buy it , I've seen old people who don't need an iPhone still buy one even if they don't need it
