If there is a Chinese person reading this can you tell me why many Chinese pick their noses in full view of other people. They may be in a conversation face to face and one of them has a finger deep in nose trying to scratch out a booger. And when they do get a booger on the tip of their finger they give it the old flip to the ground . Im just curious if this is a cultural thing can you please reply No disrespect intended

Nope, it's neither cultural nor habit of any Chinese. It's just personal. I had seen lots ppl doing the same when I was studying high-school / college overseas either. So simply, my answer is NO
