The SwiftKey Keyboard for iOS has been updated with punctuation improvements, better localization, stability and performance improvements, and more.
If you need help installing and configuring a third party keyboard in iOS 8, please see this tutorial.
SwiftKey Keyboard for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is a smart keyboard that learns from you, replacing your device’s built-in keyboard with one that adapts to the way you type. The app learns your writing style to give you super-accurate autocorrect and intelligent next-word prediction, reducing keystrokes and getting smarter over time. SwiftKey Keyboard is loaded with features to make typing even easier, including multilingual typing and speedy swipe typing with SwiftKey Flow.
What's New In This Version: Punctuation Improvements - iPhone: punctuation slider optimized for all screen sizes and orientations - iPad: newly added - quicker access to common punctuation
Better Localization - Currency now matches the device’s set region (e.g. $ for English US, or £ for English UK)
Stability and Performance Improvements - Words starting with accented characters now offer predictions - General bug fixes
*Important* Please update to the latest version of iOS 8 to fix key known issues with custom keyboards and to improve your SwiftKey experience. Do this from your device's Settings > General > Software Update.
You can download SwiftKey Keyboard from the App Store for free.
