Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed that Apple is working on new products 'that haven't been rumored about yet' in an interview with Charlie Rose.
"There are products that we're working on that no one knows about, yes. That haven't been rumored about yet. Yes. And part of some of those are going to come out and be blow-away, probably. And some of those we'll probably decide, 'You know, that one we're going to stop.' And so, we kick around a lot of things internally. And we might start something and get down the road a little bit, and have a different idea."
The first part of a two part interview with Cook aired last night. We'll share the entire interview once it's been posted. You can already see a few clips here.
Any thoughts on products Apple might design that have yet to be rumored about? Let us know in the comments!
bet u anything its going to be a device that is going to be like the surface 3. an ipad that is mac osx based. it makes sense because no new ipad was announced. i think they are going to make an "ipad" with osx yosemite on it.
Yes, ifedup you sound fed up. Relax and breath deeply. You don't ever have to buy an apple product! Phew! You are free! Do you feel better? I have to run now, I'm gonna stand in the Q for the new iphone 6 PLUS.
Why is apple making a 5.5 inch iphone? When Jobs was asked why Apple simply didn’t increase the iPhone screen size, Jobs responded in 2010 that no one would buy such an iPhone since “you can’t get your hand around it.”
Personally, I don't think it's nearly as grand. I suspect it's a direct reference to the fact that little has been leaked about the upcoming iPad Air 2 announcement.
Actually, that's a great idea (though it would be difficult marketing it). Can you imagine a vibrator which plays the latest internet tunes with the bass turned up and with direction vibrations (like the new Apple Watch uses)?
