Apple is building a massive three-story structure at the Flint Center ahead of its rumored iPhone 6 and iWatch unveiling, reports MacRumors. The location is the site where Steve Jobs introduced the original Mac 30 years ago.

For the occasion, it appears that Apple has been building a massive structure on the campus, which has been kept under tight wraps with a white barricade. A MacRumors reader has sent in images of a mysterious structure at the Flint Center, which appears to span three stories and is protected by "scads" of security people. Administrators had previously declined to comment on what the structure is for, stating only "We are not at liberty to discuss that due to client wishes."

The Flint Center has a seating capacity around 2405, much larger than the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater where Apple typically holds its events. That venue has a seating capacity of 757.

It's a landing pad for paratroopers who will wear the watch. They will demo the new phones and watches and show you the new find my iPhone feature that will now show in 3d along with your heartbeat, blood pressure etc. Siri will then guide them blindfolded to the landing point.

It's an obstacle course that will demo the watch and phones. Athletes will wear the watch and go through tasks to show what it can record and what it can withstand.

Could possibly be an outdoor stage for some sort of music concert they have planned, an athletic facility to show off the capabilities and health features in the iwatch, or it could always be that they're building an onsite store? Maybe they're releasing the phone early for people in attendance. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
