The bottom line is, sometimes you have to go with what the public wants rather than your own dream and visions.

Thank you for your drop test video. I've done similar "tests" on more than one occasion!

People really should stop these silly drop tests. We all know what the phones are going to look like after seeing friends dropping their phones, by accident, over the last few years.

Useless drop tests, my iphone 5s already fall twice to the concrete at a height of my head and with strong force and all it had was minor scratches to the bezel. It all depend on the way they land, so if yo want a real test, try something mechanical that ensures that the phones fall down equaly. Nough said!

I dropped my iPhone a couple of times and it survived, Hehehe, lucky enough that the thing did not land screen down as in the tests in the video. Totally agree with the final thought of companies making better built and more resilliant smartphones :).

Bs test. Dropping one phone three times is not a scientifically valid design of experiments.

These tests make me laugh, as all it makes people want to do is not drop their phone. I dropped my older Galaxy S2 more than a few times and mainly Chrome around the side wore away. Either way, I'm not taking chances with my latest phone which came with a window case. There's a few funny videos on Youtube about this. One guy uses a jack hammer from 5ft. doing a vertical drop. The commentary is hilarious.

Completely WORTHLESS test. Notice how when the iPhone is dropped the operator moves his head forward and down, thereby adding force and acceleration. To be fair on the initial drop test, the Samsung was dropped from a higher position then the HTC. The ONLY way to perform a drop test is from a mechanical device (arm) preset to a specific height. That allows all drops to be the same without human interaction.

I love drop test. I hope my iPhone will never drop like one in the test

Y do you not give an iphone away as well as the other phones. Is it because apple will not give you a phone? They have nothing to prove.

Not as much as you proved none.
