Jailbreak Hacker Winocm is Going to Work for Apple

Winocm, a hacker who alongside iH8sn0w and SquiffyPwn brought us the p0sixspwn jailbreak of iOS 6.1.3-6.1.5, has announced he's going to work for Apple.

The news was posted to Twitter earlier today:

I figured now is the right time to say this, I will be working at Apple starting later this year.

Winocm isn't the first one from the jailbreak community to make the move to Apple. Comex, the hacker behind the Spirit jailbreak and JailbreakMe 2.0, also took an internship at Apple.

At this point it's unclear what exactly winocm will be doing at the company and it's unlikely he will be able to reveal those details.

We haven't even heard from him or iClarified yet about that crap, just because he is some jb hacker doesn't mean he can hack apple in order to do this.

We tried to be spies but we before any other spy involved apple, samsung is the main mastermind, they look after apple and easily make knockoff, what's worse is acting like they have the magic in their ads when they don't.

Let me say this before all the flies descend and start complaining: WE don't know what Winocm's intentions are. As long as he doesn't share the exploits and his valued expertise at jailbreaking, more power to him, and I congradulate him on his new job. So the only conflict I see now is,he obviously can't continue on his jailbreaking development while working at Apple! However, what a man does with his IOS in his private life...is private.
