Then there's only one option, which I didi myself, it's a bit complicated but reply here if/when you have any problems, make sure your iphone is turmed on, plug it to your pc/mac, put iphone into recovery mode (press both sleep and home button until the phone turna off, immediately when phone goes black release sleep button, keep holding the home button until itunes logo appears on iphone (first u see apple logo but after few seconds the itunes logo pops up)) then you will see the iphone serial number on itunes, you can click it and get your UDID which u want to copy to a notepad or other app so u have it. you open itunes on pc, and hit restore, wait and after awhile its ready and your phone will run ios 7.0.4, then open itunes, press alt on mac, shift on windows, and hit update, you will now have to choose the iOS 7.1 beta file (which u propably have becouse u updated your iphone to it) then let the itunes finnish updating, the u will want to restore from the backup u had, (if u had backup from iOS 7.0.4 then u want to restore to it before updating to iOS 7.1 beta 1, becoz itunes only allows u to restore ur backups to the firmware u had when u did the backup) then u want to send your UDID to someguy here who offered udid registrations or use one of the sites, i used regmyudid.com , it cost like $10, but was very fast, then u can simply update to iOS 7.1 beta 2 from the iphone settings.
Sorry for the typos, i typed it with my iphone in a hurry, and you will see the serial number AFTER you have restored to ios 7.0.4 not before as i said previously

Thanks for your information, i've managed to found it in iTunes under the device menu since i have problem with my local fibre provider in my area.
And other than that i have found a dude who will register my UDID for about USD 11.
We'll see how it works.
Are you enrolled in the paid iOS developer program? This beta will lock out anyone who doesn't have the paid program. If it isn't letting you on, then you could try erasing the device and restoring iOS 7.0.4 from iTunes on a Mac/PC.
Not all of the betas are enforced. Some of them don't verify the Dev. Account to use it, such as 7.1 beta 1, and that means that anyone can use it. iOS 7.1 beta 2 is enforced, so non-devs can't use it.
Do you have a Mac or PC with iTunes 11.1 or later installed? If you do, then erase & restore your device from iTunes on the computer, and it should work. I can link you to the instructions, if you need them.
Also, I wouldn't recommend installing beta versions of iOS until they are tested by non-devs and proven to be safe. Even then, the betas have more bugs than the average person can handle. So, install betas at your own risk.
Not 100%, I'm registered but hadn't added my 5S to my list. I got the activation error on the update, when I tried to restore to 7.0.4 via iTunes I got the same error. Thankfully the message on iTunes also gave me my UDID.
What I am waiting for is an update to move every ios 6 designed apps, web, bar on the bottom screen (where 4 apps are organized on iphone), siri, and anything else from ios 6 to be moved to this version of ios so everyone can switch between old and new looks to organize ios 7 how they want it either way. Thay can use ios 7 and customize it to a whole new level. Anyone know how to make this a rumor and animated concept?
$99/yr for the iOS Developer program, which includes access to the latest betas (including this one). Here is the link: https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/
The evader device team said to avoid 7.1 I'm guessing is messing with the jailbreak that they are working on or because it might and you won't be able to go back down but for now they said stay away!!!
