Kevin Lynch, the former Adobe CTO poached by Apple, is apparently leading a team of former iPod engineers on a new project, reports French site MacG.
Among the names mentioned, it should be noted that of Robert Curtis and Steven Bollinger. The first worked for four years on the iPod firmware, the second is cited in numerous patents related to Apple's music player and touch screens. Other recruits Lynch worked on various components of the iPod, its interface to parts of its system through some material respects. We do not necessarily expect that Lynch draws the hospice of the iPod division, but these profiles are perhaps best suited for a project like a watch connected. Nevertheless difficult to know exactly how they work.
Apple's iWatch has been rumored for release this year; however, we have yet to see any substantial leaks to confirm that prediction.
