Apple Announces Cellular iPad Mini, iPad 4 Will Launch in China on Friday

Apple has announced that the cellular iPad mini and iPad 4 will launch in China on Friday.

Apple today announced the Wi-Fi + Cellular versions of iPad mini and the new fourth generation iPad with Retina display will be available in China on Friday, January 18. iPad mini and the fourth generation iPad are currently available in more than 100 countries worldwide including the US, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan and the UK.

Recently, Apple CEO Tim Cook was spotted on a trip to China where he met with high-level officials. Apple is said to be working towards a deal with China Mobile to brings its devices to the largest cellular carrier in the world.
