Movies Are Now Available in 42 of the Newly Opened iTunes Stores

Apple recently launched its iTunes Store in 56 new countries. At launch only four had access to movies. That list has now expanded to include 42 countries, reports AppleInsider.
The list of countries with access to renting and purchasing movies includes:
Europe: Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine
Africa, the Middle East and India: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Botswana, Cape Verde, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, India, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Swaziland, United Arab Emirates, Uganda and Zimbabwe
Asia Pacific: Indonesia, Micronesia, Mongolia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan
Latin America and the Caribbean: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Trinidad and Tobago
Notably, movie quality and availability varies by country. Select countries only have access to movies from studios such as Disney, Sony, and their subsidiaries.
