Apple Files to Add Six Additional Samsung Devices to Its Lawsuit

Apple has filed a motion to add six additional Samsung devices to its lawsuit against the company in California, reports FOSS Patents.
Both Apple and Samsung keep exercising their rights under the Northern District of California's permissive rules governing the timing of infringement contentions. After Samsung added the iPhone 5 and Apple brought claims against the Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy S III, as well as the Galaxy Nexus with the Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) update, Samsung filed infringement contentions against the iPad 4 and iPad mini as well as the latest iPod touch. At the time I already said that in terms of the number of products that a party can add to the lawsuit at an advanced stage, there is actually even more of an opportunity for Apple, given that Samsung has a far wider product range.

it's so funny you just want to cry because Apple is not doing it for the money they don't need it they do it because of fear which is a mistake because since Apple took Samsung to curt, Samsung sells jumped up like hell. I love all my Apple devices but this year Apple didn't invent nothing new ( well maybe a stupid map program ) and traveling the world I can see less and less iPhones and more Samsung phones on the streets, just a year ago all I saw was iPhones so apple please stop fooling around and start inventing!
I agree with you on everything but I must say that Apple maps is a lot better now and I love it because it's faster and it saves more image data than Google Maps was able to do which is helpful when I'm in an area without WiFi.
*Apple* is a company, not a person or being - therefore they can't be either. Obviously your android is so awesome that it can keep you entertained - or maybe not, thus you trolling apple sites. Every iPhone sells more than ALL the other models combined, yet you say they're dying? Yay Samsung sells more devices than apple - I'm sure apple could win that too if they released a new "model" every two weeks. Just because they ship more doesn't make them better, it means they produce 30 different devices and ensure that every outlet has an over abundance of them. Which came first, a Samsung touch screen smart phone or Iphone? Last I checked it was iPhone.
This is really annoying, instead of investing money on product researches, they just make some lawyer rich. Apple and Samsung is going to end up not being able to sell any of their products because of these lawsuits and the other remaining will gain the market
Samsung you need some INNOVATION, not IMITATION. Microsoft done a good job on their WP OS. Samsung needs to try some thing new and fresh for their trademark.
You got a point there, Microsoft sure is taking advantage of Apple and Samsung fooling around and came out with a great operating system which works on all devices from cell phones, tablets to PC's.
Apple is doing the right things. When i look at Samsung Tab / Note, I can't differentiate between Samsung and Apple. If fair competition and design, Apple will accept it. See Sony Ericsson, Motorola, LG... They have their own designs and some of these are better than Apple.
I believe was No IPhone = No android Phone. Abdroid are just a copy cat only, that way we need to think. Microsoft the better company ever because they create their Window RT for their phone and tablet
Seems Apple is suing Samsung them based on serial numbers on the device. Samsung change the serial number pattern. But be sure if that pattern is also registered by Apple.
Apple grow up and accept competition. Now since Steve is no longer there so start being creative.
I'm using the galaxy note 2 now it nothing like the freaking iphone(all series ) I had all the ios devices and I like it because build quality and ios is smooth. Every technology will eventually share the same specs. No one complain that apple getting LTE. Make your product better that how you attract consumer and don't stop other getting better. I will buy an iphone even it cost more because I trust apple quality, now I completely navigate away from apple, it all about droid now and i'm just switching to android so i aint no droid fan when I said this
