Renel Rene Richardson, a worker at JFK airport, has reportedly been arrested by federal agents for the heist of $1.9 million worth of iPad minis, according to the NYP.
Court documents reveal that agents nabbed Richardson due to suspicious inquires he made to co-workers about the shipment and the location of forklifts.
Richardson allegedly acted as a lookout, according to court papers. The other, unidentified criminals loaded two pallets of the tablet computers onto a truck, and drove away after another worker confronted them, sources said.
After being arrested by the FBI, Richardson reportedly accompanied detectives on Wednesday night as they searched for the truck in Long Island.
It's unclear if any of the stolen iPads have been recovered.
