Premiere Commercial for the Microsoft Surface [Video]

Microsoft has posted its premiere commercial for the Microsoft Surface entitled, 'Movement'.

It was directed by Jon M. Chu (DS2DIO, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, The LXD, Step Up 3D) and features choreography by Christopher Scott and Jamal Sims.

"From touch to type, office to living room, from your screen to the big screen, you can see more, share more, and do more with Surface."

Any wild quess how long it will take someone to hack the Metrobrowser to support plugins such as Flash? Personally i think it will be done by Xmass. User should be able if wants to open rich content or not...

The thing is, it doesn't matter if it was in beta at the time of the keynote, if it wasn't ready, it shouldn't have been shown, it shows lack of preparedness and foresight by Microsoft. But still, that won't matter at all. What matters is if it's ready for the launch date. Then we'll see.

wow this is such an amazing tablet I can do so much more with than anything ive ever used, it blows the iPad right out of the water, this ad just shows how much better it is, just the fat that you can get a that clicks when you attach it demos extreme innovation, it doesn't matter that we don't have any idea what it actually does, its just better because its more expensive than an iPad and because microsoft said so lol

You know it's the same price of the new ipad. They both start at $499 ... Seriously, check this device out for real and see its specs, and you'll be blown. Or probably won't, but at least kinda admit its a decent device.

this could have great potential if Microsoft pull it off correctly. there are many pieces to the puzzle creating a successful device. Apple do extremely well at each piece which shows in their success. there are some Android devices that do well with certain parts of the puzzle but overall they lack compared to Apple and the iPad. this could be Microsoft's opportunity to really carve itself a good sized section in the tablet market.
