Reuters Confirms October 23rd Apple Event

Reuters is confirming that Apple will hold a media event on October 23rd. The event date was previously predicted by AllThingsD.

The consumer device company is gearing up to unveil a new product at a major October 23 event, said the source, who declined to be named, only days before Microsoft Corp unveils Windows 8 and its new Surface tablet on October 26.

It's also thought that Apple could use the event to unveil a 13-inch Retina Display MacBook Pro or perhaps an update to its iMac desktop computer.

Apple is updating its products with the same exact style! Nothing new at all!!! It's getting kinda boring to follow the news of the (used-to-be) the greatest company! Plus I'm not excited anymore to get the iPhone 5 bcoz the company is not making the required efforts to make this device avlb for the customers ...

You don't say! So far, it has been the best selling iPhone of any of them and the reviewers are using every superlative in the dictionary that they can find. Both "professional" ones as well as private ones on YouTube.

Well either way even if it is or not direct competition,people can't buy other products when they've dished out a fe hundreds for an ipad so let's just say, it will be a ground shaker
