Thief Steals iPhone From a Baby [Video]

Check out this video that catches a man stealing an iPhone from a baby, reports The Sun.

Danielle Hinnigan says she gave her child the iPhone to watch Barney as she shopped.

"I thought maybe she had dropped it, I never thought someone would go in her pram and take it off her. I'm just glad it was just the phone and Luella was OK."

"He's followed me into that shop; to think he has targeted my daughter is disgusting. Everyone is absolutely disgusted. Her dad was really angry and upset."

The robbery occurred inside the Hype clothes store in Ormskirk, Lanc on September 22nd. Police are asking anyone with information to contact PC 659 Holdsworth on 101 and ask for Lancashire Police or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

have you skipped ethic class when you go to school? or did you just drop out? In what ground you think that old man can steal something that belongs to the others? Whatever the mom was doing while the accident happen is different story. Though I'm not saying she did good job to her baby. She supposedly kept her eyes on her baby in every seconds. But It is just wrong that there's some people out there, believe that they can steal something by giving out irrational reasons like, could be, would be the old man needed to buy some food for himself... He could at least try to find cheap labor, or something similar. Seeing that old man from the video clip, who seems completely capable of doing normal labor. and welcome to the real, cold wold. I bet even your neighbour could careless about you, let's say when you are waiting for a bus outside while the rain is pouring down.. but you know what ? You the one who too care about the humanity, and been nice to your neighbor all the time, but the real fact that I want to tell you is that they don't care, because this society built on an extreme individualism.... Anyways stealing is not justifiable whatever the reasons you have, it is wrong, and which can be punished by the law.

@RedGopher, Although I agree with you, 2 wrongs dont make a right, this article is correct to say that an I phone was stolen from a baby..... But seriously that man was standing around looking like a perv right at the kid, and the mom didnt notice that!!! if it was me or many others im sure we would have grabbed are kid and stroller and keep them close to us not so far away especially when we here all the horror stories about abductions and child molesters. I could careless about the Fing iPhone...but who gives a iphone to a kid to play with anyways hell the kid could dial some number in another part of the country and then I would like to see her explain that to the cell phone company.

I totally agreed ... How come you are not closed by to ur baby .... Who said the babe did not drop the phone then the person took it because that will be sad someone actually stealing a phone from a baby... Very sad... That person needs God & the dad shouldn't be upset ... That is almost $900 phone ... The baby does not know what to do with an iPhone

U know, that's a long time the baby left alone, u should b lucky it's only the phone missing n not ur baby, I HOPE U LEARN UR LESSON FROM THIS....DON'T EVER TAKES UR EYES OFF FROM UR BABY.....TRAGIC CAN HAPPEN IN SECONDS!!!

where was the mother and i didnt actually see him take a phone in that video what was the baby do with an iphone anyway the baby could of dropped the phone anywhere

well is a good thing the baby wasn't hurt but the iphone can be track down it has a built in GPS only if the iphone is a 3GS up to an iphone 5 I hope the mother knows that ?

Agreed. Still doesn't make what he did any better, but the fact that he could have walked away with her baby is even worse
