Apple to Announce iPhone Nano at MacWorld?

iDealsChina has posted images of what they believe to be a case for an iPhone Nano.

No more speculating, the new iPhone is a Nano Phone ! We just got these images of a silicone case design by www.XSKN.com for the new Nano iPhone. This case is in production. We are not sure when they will release it on their site. The XSKN designs will give you an idea of the shape and size of the new Nano iPhone. We understand that a number of company are producing cases as of last week. If you remember, before iPhone 3G was released a number of companies including Griffin had advanced information of the size and shape of iPhone 3G. We understand that once one company starts making a mold their information is passed onto other mold companies or accessory companies through a China underground network.

In an earlier post on December 9th, iDealsChina predicts further details about the new phone.
It is the same height as the just release Nano but wider and thicker and with the same iPhone 3G contours. It has 3 sensors, camera, mirror screen but no 3G. Production will start on the 20th with 60,000 to 80,000/day pieces coming off the assembly line. Steve Jobs will be announcing it during the January MacWorld Show and you will find it in the stores shortly afterwards.

These rumors are of course unconfirmed but it would be interesting if the rumored $99 Wal-Mart iPhone might in fact be the iPhone Nano.

this will sell like crazy - if it is true - not many people have access to 3G - so therefore the current iPhone is a waste - I've still got my original iphone after over a year... and it will probably do for another 3-4 years. This will sell more than the ipod touch - as many people that have a touch also wish that it had the phone capabilities.

if you watch the video for last years macworld.. when that are demoing the 2.0 software you will notice in one of the overhead shots.. an iphone or tough that is signifagntly smaller then then other 4 iphones that are thair..
