I don't think this is gonna happen because Apple is hard headed. Secondly, if Apple makes this, it would kill iPod Touch because people would buy this instead of iPod Touch. Personally, 7" size is perfect because it would be pocketable (like my Galaxy Tab), I don't like 8.9" because might as well go with 10". With 7", I believe Apple will kick Amazon Fire and Samsung Galaxy Tab's butts and they will totally dominate tablet market.

This is what i want ! The 9.7 is to big and heavy for me, Had the ipad2 for 6 days and sold it, Apple has to adjust to peoples needs and wants and stop being so hardheaded

Prior to reading this article I had heard about the smaller iPad but I had NO IDEA what it would look like. Thankfully, someone came up with this rendering and now my mind is COMPLETELY BLOWN! Who would have thought it would have looked so...iPad-ish?!? Thank you computer-generated 3D graphic prognosticators for a whole new take on the iPad!
