LogMeIn has updated their Ignition app for iOS with support for the new Retina Display iPad.

Remotely control your PC or Mac, plus view, transfer and save files or folders from your iPad or iPhone. Ignition is a one-time purchase that runs on both your iPad and iPhone and works with LogMeIn software on your computers. Install LogMeIn software on an unlimited number of remote computers, and you'll be able to access them all from your iPad and iPhone.

I personally use Logmein Ignition for remotely accessing computers. It is good. Another very good alternative which I discovered is RHUB remote support servers. It allows you to have unattended remote support from anywhere anytime. It works well.

From what I can see ... It hasn't updated it's support for the new iPad over the previous version. Both versions work well for me on my iPad 3rd generation. AND neither version supports Screen resolutions that match the new iPad's screen.
