After losing its appeal in Italy, Apple has posted a chart comparing the EU Statutory Warranty, the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty and the AppleCare Protection Plan.

Apple products indicate they come with a one-year warranty when European Union law says they must cover goods for two years. The company was recently ordered to pay a $1.2 million fine after an Italian appeal court ruled that Apple was misleading customers on product warranties.

Non-Apple-branded products purchased from Apple are also eligible for coverage under EU consumer law.
