Apple has released a new build of iOS 5.0.1 for the iPhone 4S.
It's unclear what has changed in the new build. According to early reports, iTunes is not prompted users already on iOS 5.0.1 to update to the new build.
The old build was number 9A405 and the new one is number 9A406. You can find download links for both builds here.
We'll post more information as it becomes available.

People don't upgrade to the newest 5.0.1 it upgrades the baseband from 1.0.13 to 1.0.14 I downgrade back to the old 5.0.1 so i can preserve my baseband on 1.0.13 so now you know whats the difference! Thank me for giving this insight information!! If you upgraded you can still downgrade to the old 5.0.1 because they are still signing the firmware and baseband of the old 5.0.1!! Go people downgrade if you upgraded to the newest one!!
