A French court has denied Samsung's request for an injunction on the iPhone 4S in France and ordered Samsung to pay Apple 100,000 Euros in legal fees, according to Reuters.
Claiming that Apple copied elements of the Samsung Galaxy line of smartphones, Samsung filed the request in an attempt to prevent Apple from selling its latest mobile phone.
