Following a court order in Germany, Samsung has pulled the Galaxy Tab 7.7 from the IFA trade show in Berlin, reports the WSJ.
Samsung said Monday it is complying with a Düsseldorf court's decision to suspend sales of its Galaxy Tab 7.7, which was unveiled last week at the IFA trade show in Berlin. The same court last month issued a similar injunction on Galaxy Tab 10.1, after Apple accused Samsung of copying elements of the design of its iPad tablet. Both court orders are preliminary injunctions that will be subject to a review Friday, when a judge will decide whether to leave them in place or lift them until the patent case goes to trial.
Apple has also won an injunction against Samsung in the Netherlands which could cover much of Europe.
