Impressive iOS Notifications Concept [Video]

Posted May 4, 2011 at 3:04pm by iClarified
Check out this impressive iOS notifications concept video by Andreas. It's actually been posted online for quite some time but this is the first time we've seen it.

Apple is widely expected to improve the notification system of iOS in its next release which will be unveiled at WWDC 2011. Hopefully the company takes some inspiration from videos such as this.

Take a look below...

I love it. But I don't like the "app part". There should be a more intelligent way (like a gesture or button action) to bring up the notification menu than a simple app. Besides, having all these badges on every app icon and then another badge for notification icon isn't very in line with Apple philosophy as it seems confusing (notification app itself has no missed events)

Its always easy to criticize some one's work, but at least we should appreciate the way he designed and kept every thing in mind, for me its really good, and yes it is like apple way, its always some ones personal preference, if you dont like its doesn't means its not good, you can say may be its good but doesn't suits my kind of way, try to appreciate ppl, by that we can see good amount of nice work from ppl. AND IF PPL WHO THINKS THIS ISNT GOOD, PLEASE POST YOUR CONCEPT LET US SEE THAT YOU CAN MAKE SOMETHING BETTER.

Eh... does anyone here use Android? I think the Android gotz the nOtie-fly-cautions down to an art form. Apple should just make sbsettings (the pull down window)

ummmm, why doesn't the iOS handle these things itself? oh, apple and their sub's wouldn't make a lot of cash by doing so... it just looks like the work that cydia groups are doing are being cut right from under them. shame really and still, they are at least looking to improve the device quick smart rather then drawing out time under a market that looks and feels very much like apple really don't like their customers to much. and take a look at the htc it's using user software that strangely looks like its been taken right from apple itself. apple, come on now your far from boring us.

WOW! Even if your idea had been crap your video would have no doubt sold it to me, but your idea is great too! Bravo!
