The First Nokia Windows Phone Concept Leaked [Images]

The first Nokia Windows Phone concept designs have been leaked online by Engadget.

We have it on good authority that the technicolor phones on show are conceptual devices produced by the two companies. You shouldn't, therefore, go jumping to conclusions about retail hardware just yet, but hearts should be warmed by the familiarity of Nokia's new design -- the shape of these handsets is somewhere between its recent N8 and C7 Symbian devices and there is, as usual for Nokia, a choice of sprightly colors.

Check out the images below and let us know what you think of this partnership!

Nokia is on the way down, and to save the brand, it makes a joint venture with a brand that is dead on the mobile market! Why not Android?? Someone must be really stubborn in nokia´s office!

Are you joking?! Nokia has not kept up with the rivals in terms of hardware and design. They have neglected their OS and as a result have dropped in recent years. Their recovery plan revolves around some awesome cutting edge designs and using a new OS which is a true alternative to iphone and does not have the fragmentation or over saturation of android. Nokia is back in the game.

they need each other really badly. I am keeping fingers crossed for this "not so obviious" merge.

Not a windows or nokia guy but the concept looks cool. I wish them the best of luck; the more competition the better.

Totally agree! Competition is good, and the payoff is good for us, the endusers!
