Next GreenPois0n Will Support Animated Boot Logos [Video]

The next release of GreenPois0n will support custom animated boot logos as demonstrated in this video by jaywalker9988.

Not fully ready for release, but getting there. For those who can't tell, the second image is the GP Skull :D

The current plan is for this animation to be available for your boot animation via Cydia. Additionally you will have source to make your own

Also: the release isn't waiting on this..

The next version of GreenPois0n is also expected to bring an untethered jailbreak to iOS 4.2.1 without the need for saved SHSH blobs.

Hi there, my phone is jailbroke and is capable of being unocked. Has been for about a year. 4.1 Why rush and upgrade to 4.2.1 when a) there is no unlock yet b) a few things are broken in the latest jailbreak. Dont be such a sourpuss. I am glad there will be a animated boot logo coming out. Actually been waiting for this for a long time. let me guess, you were one of the many!!!! that disregard the dev's comments about not upgrading casuse there is no unlock yet. Directions are very simple. You just got to follow them.

I think this is pretty useless I only reboot/turn off my iPhone once or twice a month I think it would be better a untethered JailBreak or even unlock for the iPhone 4 rather than this. I think the Dev Team is locked on and they'll come up with stuff like this more often... :/

Im not knocking the guys who create the jailbreaks but im so sick of hearing a decent jailbreak is round the corner. Just let us all know when its complete and available to download, until then stop trying to create a story where there isnt one!

I gave up with my iPad and upgraded to 4.2.1 and sacrificed the jailbreak. 4.3 is coming out soon, so it looks like Apple is finally now able to stay safely at least 2 steps ahead of the jailbreak community. I'm sad.
