Apple Peel 520 Turns Your iPod Touch into an iPhone?

Yosion's Apple Peel 520 claims to turn your iPod touch into a real phone. The case is powered by an Infineon baseband chip and lets you insert a regular SIM card for voice calling and test messaging.
It also features a 800mAh battery and provides 4.5 hours of call time and 120 hours of standby.
Apparently the Apple Peel 520 will be available in China as early as this week for around $44-$74.
