I Cant unlock after updating iphone 3gs to ios 6.1.2.

Recently i bought a imei factory unlock in internet,after restoring it in itunes i have had trouble to activate it,so i changed the baseband from 6.15.00 to 5.13.04.
My phone is now active,but when i imput the sim card it says no service.
I have cydia installed but when i try to open it,it crashes ,so i try to reinstall it with evasion 1.5.3 but it says:
ERROR : Your device appears to be using semi-tether jailbreak.
My eyes are tired searching everywhere in google for an answer :(
Please,help!!!

Look! I got this problem also but i fix it now.. follow the steps
-keep your phone on baseband 5.13.04
1- Download sn0wbreeze-v2.9.13
2- open sn0wbreeze then press next then "Browse for an
IPSW"
3- choose ios 6.1.2 then choose whatever old-bootrom or new-bootrom
4- wait until sn0wbreeze finish then follow the instructions in sn0wbreeze
5- when the itunes finish your iphone will be activated and jialbroken but not unlocked
6- open cydia remove the source repo666.ultrasn0w.com THEN add it again
7- search for ultrasnow install it then restart
8- put your sim card and it's working
