My jailbroken iPhone got locked

Hello there
I have an iPhone 4s jailbroken. I mistakenly attempted to update the latest release on my phone and suddenly an image of itunes appeared with a cable beneath it and now it's locked. Please help me get back to normal.

That means you're in DFU mode. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube to get out of DFU. But mostly, just plug back in iTunes and restores. Of course only if you have a backed up recently. You will need to jailbreak again though.
