You'll have to do a "Hard reset". But before you do, I'd try a normal reset while making sure your connection is good (wifi with plenty of battery available and at least 2gb of free space on the device--though more would be preferrable).

If that doesn't work, download iO6 to your computer, then press when you click on the "Update" button. That'll force it to use another source other than trying to download it from Apple. Hopefully that will get around whatever problem you're having. Just be warned that doing a Restore of any kind will erase ALL your data. Hopefully you've backed up things like contacts in the cloud (via Apple).
