There is no software unlock for the iPhone 4S at this time.

I just jailbroke my 4S with Evasi0n... My 4S is running 6.1 and on 3.4.01 baseband..
How can I unlock it so I can use a different sim card/network?
Does anyone know if Ultrasn0w (or any other team) is going to release unlock for iphone 4S?
