IPad2 Wi-Fi with 4.3.3 Upgrade to 5.1

Hello, Everyone.Wonder site and great moderators! I have a jailbroken iPad2 Wi-Fi with 4.3.3 . I need to upgrade the iOS to at least 5.1 so I can get apps to work. I keep hearing about saving my SHSH blobs though i'm unsure as to how to do that. Cydia says I have "SHSH: iOS 4.3.3, 4.3.5, 5.01, 5.1.1, 6.0.1". So how do I save blobs and: How do I upgrade my iOS 4.3.3 to 5.1. Grateful for your kind help.
