IPhone5 ios 8 jailbreak via Pangu, stuck on Apple logo

Hey! I just did a jailbreak on my iPhone 5 running ios 8.1. Everything was working fine until my phone died because of low battery (yes, I've charged it already). Now it's stuck on the apple logo! So frustrating I can't seem to open it. Although I can restore it via iTunes, I'm doing that as my LAST resort. I'd like to keep my phone jailbroken. Oh, I just noticed every time I'd do a hard reset (power + home reset) it'll go black. But it seems like it won't totally go blank because if you'd check out the sides, the screen still seems to be lit up. Thank you guys in advance!!!
