How to reset an Imac

I have an I mac (2014), want to sell it and need to reset it as per factory. Can anyone tell me how to do it ? Thank you

Create a Mavericks USB key using these instructions: www.iclarified.com/35134/how-to-create-a-bootable-os-x-mavericks-usb-install-key

On the last step, use Disk Utility to erase the drive before installing the fresh operating system.
