When can we unlock iPhone5s

I was just looking around, and can see that there is a jailbreak available for iPhone5s but there are no unlock available yet, is there unlock available which I don't know, or there is still one not being made ready?

Well after a long wait, I did not see any reaction from anyone here, either people know and don't bother to reply or talk about this subject, or they REALLY dont know !
Any ways, now I have found out is that Apple is not locking iPhone's at all !!!
Hell yeah I bought a new iPhone 5S and reluctantly asked that do I have to stick with the subcription from the phone company I bought it form and the phone is simply locked to be used with other carriers.
Well guess what, I have been told use any carrier as you like, Phone's are just not locked at ALL !!!!
Problem solved, not need for unlocking because iPhone's are not locked at all.
Hope that give a new insight to someone who is / was in a satuation like me.
